What Changed
The Accord adds hybrid and plug-in hybrid models. The plug-in hybrid is Honda's first application of this new technology. Honda pairs a 2.0l four-cylinder engine with a 120kW electric motor for gas-only, electric-only, and hybrid operation. The Accord Plug-In Hybrid includes a 6 kWh lithium-ion battery which can be recharged in less than an hour at 240V. |
