What Changed
The Impreza enters its fourth generation with all new models for 2012. Although the new models are basically the same size on the exterior, a longer wheelbase and restyled interior result in more passenger and cargo volume. A new 148-bhp, 2.0l boxer engine replaces the 2.5l unit in the previous generation. When paired with the new CVT transmission, the all-wheel-drive Impreza is expected to achieve fuel economy ratings of 27 city / 36 hwy. |
