New or Significantly Altered Models

2010 GMC Terrain
The Terrain is a new small crossover sport utility vehicle closely related to the Chevrolet Equinox and the Cadillac SRX. The Terrain has a traditional sport utility profile with large pronounced wheel arches and an oversized trapezoidal grille. A 2.4L four-cylinder engine and six-speed automatic transmission is standard on all models. An upgraded 3.0L V6 engine is optional on all but the base model. Every model offers a choice of FWD or AWD. The Terrain effectively replaces the Pontiac Torrent.
