At over 201 inches long, the Impala is about 10 inches longer than the next largest Chevrolet, the Malibu. Like the Malibu, the Impala offers a 2.5l four-cylinder engine and a 2.4l gas/electric light hybrid powertrain. Buyers looking for more power can opt for the 303-bhp 3.6l V6 engine. More details on pricing, trim levels and options will be available at a later date.

What Changed:

The Chevrolet Impala is all new for 2014. Compared to the prior generation, the new model is about an inch longer in wheelbase and overall length. Styling is more aggressive overall with a long sloping c-pillar and pronounced rear fender lines. Three powertrains are offered for 2013 including a 2.5l four-cylinder engine, a 2.4l four-cylinder gas/electric hybrid and a 303-bhp V6 engine. The Impala remains front-wheel-drive.
