Overview Information

The Volvo C70 was one of the first of a new breed of hardtop convertibles. The C70 T5 is equipped with a 2.5L inline-5 turbo, and a choice of a 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. A power retractable hardtop improves security and safety, with no compromises. An optional Dynaudio(R) CD stereo system has 14 speakers, dual subwoofers, and a staggering 910 watts total system power. Like all Volvos, the C70 has a comprehensive set of safety features. Horsepower in the C70 has been increased from 218 to 227. Minor interior improvements include a leather steering wheel, improved air vents, and a new handbrake design.
