Overview Information

The Prototype X is a nearly production representative version of the next EVO. The beloved 2.0L 4G63 turbo is replaced with a new aluminum block 4B11 2.0L turbo. Transmission choices include a 5-speed paddle shifter automated-manual transmission or a traditional 5-speed manual. A new S-AWC (Super-All Wheel Control) AWD system promises even better handling than before. The S-AWC system combines ASC (Active Skid Control), ACD (Active Center Differential), and AYC (Active Yaw Control). A 650-watt Rockford Fosgate audio system and navigation system will be available options.
