    2007 Dodge Caliber

The bold replacement for the Neon sedan evokes SUV styling on a compact wagon. Engine choices include a 1.8L I-4 (148-bhp), 2.0L I-4 (158-bhp), and 2.4L (172-bhp). A 140-bhp/229 lb.-ft. 2.0L turbodiesel engine is available outside the US. All engines are coupled to a CVT (Autostick available) for improved fuel economy. AWD is optional on the Caliber R/T.

  • 2007 Dodge Nitro SLT

    2007 Dodge Nitro

An all-new small SUV based on the Jeep Liberty underpinnings. The Nitro is available with a choice of two V-6 engines: 3.7L (210-bhp) and 4.0L (255-bhp). A sport suspension is standard on the Nitro R/T (optional on the SLT). Transmissions include a 4-speed (SLT) and 5-speed (R/T) automatics. All models are available in 4x2 and 4x4 versions.

  • 2007 Dodge Durango

Updated Durango features a redesigned hood, grille, fascia, fenders and new wheel designs. New features include electronic stability control, ultrasonic parking assistance and a tire pressure monitoring system.

The Dodge Neon was overdue to be replaced, and Dodge has responded by replacing a cutesy sedan with a snub-nosed crossover wagon in the same vein as the Vibe/matrix. Sold worldwide, the Caliber offers a myriad of 4-cylinder powertrain choices with CVT transmissions taking the place of traditional automatic transmissions. The performance oriented Caliber SRT4 promises 300 hp for the small FWD wagon. Dodge also adds a long-overdue small SUV to its lineup with the Dodge Nitro. Based on the Jeep Liberty, the Nitro offers more macho styling. Nitro is offered in rear wheel drive 4x2 and 4x4 configurations with either a 210 hp or 255 hp V6 depending on trim level. The Durango receives a minor facelift as it picks up a sibling, the Chrysler Aspen. A hybrid version is due for the 2008 model year. The Ram truck line adds a Class 3 chassis cab option to its already broad line. There will be no 2007 model year Viper coupe or convertible. A restyled Viper is due for the 2008 model year. The Stratus sedan will be replaced sometime in 2007 with an all-new mid-sized sedan. Dodge will eagerly await the 2008 model year introduction of their most important new vehicle, the Caravan.
