2001 Chevrolet Blazer K5 concept

Chevy resurrects the Blazer K5 using a shortened Tahoe chassis. The AWD Blazer K5 is intended to gauge potential customer reaction to Tahoe variants. A modified 6.0L Vortec V-8 cranks out 440-bhp/450 lb.-ft. through the 4-speed automatic transmission. Fender flares and other modified exterior panels distinguish the K5 from the Tahoe. A detachable hardtop and rear mini-doors are part of the K5 body modifications. 18-inch alloy wheels mount LT285/60R18 tires.
