What Changed

Lincoln's sport coupe has been updated for 1997. In the front, the Mark receives a new bumper, hood, and grille treatment. The headlights have been replaced with new clear lens lights that feature high-intensity discharge lamps for low-beams and halogen lights for high-beams. The antenna has been moved to inside the rear window. In the rear, the bumpers have been updated and feature a full-width neon tail-light treatment. Mark VIII is available in standard and LSC models. The LSC differs from the standard model in its monochrome paint treatment, body-colored grille, and improved performance (10 extra hp, 10 more lb-ft. of torque).
