Open top cruising in now available in the PT Cruiser. A hoop-like body stiffener remain erect when the convertible top is down. The unique design of the convertible allows for some nice features like pass-through cargo storage, foldable rear seats and interior dome lighting. Like the hardtop, the convertible is available in Standard, Touring and GT trim levels. The base engine is a 150hp I-4, with an optional 180hp turbocharged version. The top-line GT features a 220hp turbocharged engine with either a 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual.
