An all-new Crosstrek debuts for the 2018 model year. The new model grows by 1.2 in in wheelbase, and 1 inch in track. Overall Crosstrek has grown by an .9 inches in width and .6 inches in length. A revised four-cylinder boxer engine is now rated at 152-bhp. Transmission choices include a CVT and a 6-speed manual.
