2017 Ford C-Max Hybrid SE

2017 Ford C-Max

Ford's new C-Max comes in hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants. Both models pair a gasoline engine with an electric motor and battery pack for hybrid operation. The Energi plug-in hybrid also allows the battery packs to be charged and used for electric-only driving to save fuel. The C-Max Energi is fully rechargeable overnight on 120v, and in a few hours on 240V. A variety of new technologies will provide drivers with critical information on the status of the hybrid system. Many features like recharge status of the car will be available through the owner's smartphone. A value charging function will allow the car to recharge during off-peak times.
