2016 Buick Regal

2016 Buick Regal

One of Buick's most storied nameplates returned in 2011 as mid-sized, front-wheel-drive sedan. The Regal is derived from the Opel Insignia sold in other countries. Slotting between the entry-level Verano and the longer LaCrosse, the Regal is very close in size to the Nissan Maxima. A high level of standard equipment on the base model includes power equipment, heated leather seats and alloy wheels. Most models are powered by a turbocharged 2.0l four cylinder engine. An optional 2.4l four-cylinder engine with mild hybrid operation is also available. With its German heritage and high level of standard equipment the Regal is a unique choice in a crowded mid-sized segment.
