The Mazda2 is a small front-wheel-drive car that serves as Mazda's entry-level model. The Mazda2 uses its smaller proportions and light weight to achieve fuel economy ratings of up to 29/35. Similar in size to the Toyota Yaris, the Mazda2 is over 20 inches shorter and 3 inches narrower than the larger Mazda3 5-door. Although the Mazda2 includes power windows, locks and keyless entry for around $15,000, there are roomier cars in the segment that include six-speed transmissions, higher fuel economy and more features for just a couple thousand dollars more.
