The aluminum OHV V-10 now displaces 8.3L and cranks out 500 bhp/500 lb.-ft. Tires sizes of P275/35ZR18 and P345/30ZR19 (F/R) ensure that the power gets to the road. ABS ensures drama-free stops. A 6-speed manual is the only transmission. The Viper goes on sale August 2002.
