An eagerly awaited 5-speed manual transmission is finally available for the Lexus IS300. The 3.0L inline-6 produces 215 bhp/218 lb.-ft., identical to the automatic IS300. Interestingly, Lexus markets this IS300 as a separate model, and expects 20% of its customers to pick the manual.
