The Blackwood is a stylish luxury cruiser that capitalizes on the latest trend: the SUV/pickup hybrid. Based on the hugely popular Navigator, the Blackwood trades the rear cargo compartment for a small carpeted pickup bed with a power operated tonneau. Unfortunately, the African Wenge wood exterior panels in the concept vehicle will be replaced by a composite material with photolaminated wood "bands". A 5.4L V-8 (300-bhp/355 lb.-ft.) is standard. The Blackwood is available in rear-wheel drive only. Production is limited to less than 10,000 vehicles per year.
