Midsize wagons are a specialty of Volvo, and the XC70 is Volvo's V70 wagon named to match other Volvo SUVs.Available in FWD or AWD, the V70 is powered by a 235-bhp 3.2L inline-6 engine mated to a 6-speed automatic. Available options include a navigation system, wood trim, power tailgate, adaptive cruise control, front and rear park assist, leather seats, and roof rails.

The V70 models have been dropped. All versions will be XC70 models. A new FWD model is offered. Both six-cylinder engines see a modest increase in power.
