2011 Volvo C30
The C30 had a long gestation as Volvo showed numerous concepts exploring the idea of a premium compact vehicle. The production C30 is a compact FWD hatchback with seating for four. The C30 is loosely based on the S40 and shares its 227-hp inline-five cylinder engine. Pricing starts in the low twenties placing the C30 in competition with the Mini Cooper.
What's New
The 2011 C30 wears a revised front fascia. The grille and lower intake are larger. Additional lower bright work differentiates the C30 from other Volvo models. The T5 R-design model also receives steering and suspension modifications. Steering response is quicker and the suspension is firmer.
