What Changed
The 2009 Dodge Ram features all-new styling inside and out. The Ram retains the trademark grille but the overall look is more refined. An all-new interior has improved in sophistication and styling. The Ram 1500 line offers in three cab styles including a new full-sized crew cab. Three bed lengths and five overall trim levels ensure that there is a Ram for all tastes. A new rear suspension features a solid axle with coil springs in lieu of the leaf springs on other trucks. Three engine options include a 3.7L V6, 4.7L V8, and a 5.7L V8. The output of the 5.7L V8 has increased to 380-bhp and 404 lb-ft. of torque. | ||
