Reworked in 2006, the Impala features smooth, inoffensive styling and value. LS, LT, LTZ and SS trim levels are offered. The LS and LT models feature a 3.5L V6. Upgraded LT and LTZ models feature a 3.9L V6 and the performance-oriented SS model features a 5.3L small-block V8. All three powertrains feature a four-speed automatic and front-wheel drive.
