The all new Discovery 3 is now called the LR3 in North America. It takes a giant step towards the Range Rover in sophistication. It is powered by a 216hp V6 or 300hp Jaguar-sourced 4.4L V8. A six speed automatic transmission with shift inputs is standard. The LR3 features an automatic load-leveling, electronically controlled suspension. Available in SE and HSE trim levels, the LR3 starts at around $42k.
