A popular compact SUV, the Honda CR-V has been a benchmark in its class. The standard powertrain is a 2.4L I-4, coupled to a 5-speed automatic. Standard safety items include ABS, VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist), and front side airbags. Three trim levels are offered: LX, EX and EX-L (EX with leather). All trim levels are offered with either FWD or Honda's Real Time® 4WD system.

All-new CR-V is 3 inches shorter in overall length, but almost 1.5 inches wider than than the previous model. All models are powered by a 166 hp, 2.3L 4-cylinder mated to a 5-speed automatic. FWD and AWD versions are offered.
