What Changed
The 2nd generation Mini Cooper has grown by almost 3 inches in length. The nose of the vehicle has grown in part to meet pedestrian safety standards in Europe. The Cooper will still be offered in two versions: Cooper and Cooper S. Both versions utilize a 1.6L four-cylinder engine. The Cooper is rated at 120 hp, whereas the turbocharger included on the Cooper S boosts power to 175 hp. A 6-speed manual is standard and a 6-speed automatic is optional on both models. |
