What Changed

All GM full-size SUVS are new for 2021 including the Yukon and longer wheelbase Yukon XL. Yukon XL models are larger in almost every dimension, starting with an increase of over 4 inches in wheelbase. The familiar 5.3l V8 (355-hp) and 6.2l V8 (420-hp) engines return. They are joined by a more efficient 3.0l six-cylinder diesel engine with the same torque rating as the 6.2l. Pricing starts around $55,000 and increases based on trim level and powertrain.
