The Audi A4 was for many years the smallest line of cars Audi sold in the U.S. Today, the A4 is effectively a mid-sized car. The A4 range includes a station wagon body style which is marketed as the allroad in the U.S. market. The only available powertrain on the allroad is a 252-bhp four-cylinder turbo mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Audi's quattro AWD system is standard on the allroad. Standard equipment includes essential upscale appointments like leather-appointed power seats, and three-zone automatic climate control. With pricing in the mid-$40,000 range, the allroad is a unique alternative to a SUV.

What Changed:

Like the sedan, the A4 wagon was redesigned for 2017. In the US market, the A4 wagon is marketed as the A4 allroad and offered exclusively with all-wheel-drive. Power from the standard 2.0l turbocharged four-cylinder engine increased to 252-bhp and a seven-speed dual-cutch transmission is standard.
