What Changed

The Sierra 1500 series trucks see a number of powertrain revisions for 2010. Most 1500 models are powered by either a 4.8L V8 or 5.3L V8. Both engines can run on ethanol and feature variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation. The 6.0L V8 has been dropped.
