While a four-speed automatic is standard on the 2.4L Malibu LS and LT, V6 models and the 2.4L Malibu LTZ feature a 6-speed automatic. Four wheel disc brakes and ABS are standard. The interior of the Malibu is offered with a wide variety of color combinations, many unique within the class. A hybrid model is offered as well.
