Honda's CR-V was one of the first compact car-based SUV'S. For 2002, the CR-V is completely redesigned with more power and greater interior room than its predecessor (139.5 cu. ft.). A new 2.4L DOHC engine has 160-bhp/162-lb.-ft. As before, a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic are available. Standard FWD or an on-demand 4WD system are available. The new CR-V goes on sale November 15, 2001.
