The Illinois Railway museum is a fantastic establishment where volunteers restore and operate vintage trains and streetcars. The annual vintage transportation day opens the grounds to car clubs from the Chicago area. In addition to old cars, the event also plays host to old diesel trucks, buses and fire trucks.
