Since Alfa Romeo was the featured marque, the 2007 Meadow Brook Concours had a comprehensive selection of Alfas from the 1930s through 1960s. Obscure brands such as Farman and Voisin vied for attention with better known manufacturers Hispano-Suiza, Delahaye, Mercedes-Benz, and Rolls-Royce. Sport car entries from DeTomaso, Maserati, and Ferrari fulfilled the need for Italian exotics that no Concours can do without. Despite the overcast weather that temporarily dampened spirits, the 2007 Meadow Brook Concours was one of the best in recent memory.
