The 2020 Hyundai Tucson has refreshed its palette of exterior colors and repackaged content for enhanced customer value.

2020 TUCSON MODEL CHANGES

- Stellar Silver replaces Molten Silver

- Magnetic Force replaces Coliseum Grey

- Winter White replaces Dazzling White

- Cream White replaces White Pearl

- Leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob moves from Limited to Sport models and above

Powertrain

The Tucson offers two engines including a 2.0-liter direct-injected four-cylinder engine with 161 horsepower and 150 lb.-ft. of torque, and a 2.4-liter, direct-injected four-cylinder engine with 181 horsepower and 175 lb-ft. of torque. Both engines use a six-speed automatic transmission. The 2.0-liter engine is equipped with the Value and SE trims, and the 2.4-liter engine is equipped with the SEL, Sport, Limited and Ultimate trims. The six-speed offers SHIFTRONIC(TM) manual-shifting mode and includes an overdrive lock-up torque converter for higher fuel economy at highway speeds.

Advanced Technology Features

- Standard: Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Driver Attention Warning (DAW)

o The FCA system is designed to help detect and monitor the vehicle ahead and warn the driver if a collision may be imminent. The system can also initiate braking automatically

o The LKA system can detect the lane on the road and help assist steering wheel control if the vehicle leaves the lane when the vehicle speed is over 40 mph

o Driver Attention Warning monitors a spectrum of driving attention parameters and can help warn the driver of less attentive driving characteristics

o Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) with Pedestrian Detection

o High Beam Assist

o Rain-sensing wipers

o Surround View Monitor

o Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go

Multimedia Systems

Tucson is loaded with technology, including Hyundai's latest 7-inch Display Audio system with Apple CarPlay(TM) and Android Auto(TM) as standard equipment. To eliminate the need for a charging cord, there is an available Qi wireless charging pad for compatible Android and Apple devices (Sport, Limited and Ultimate trims).

Blue Link(R) Connected Car System

Tucson Blue Link-equipped models include three years of complimentary Blue Link services, with enhanced safety, diagnostic, remote and voice guidance services. Blue Link brings connectivity directly into the car with technologies like Remote Start with Climate Control, Remote Door Lock/Unlock, Car Finder, Enhanced Roadside Assistance and Stolen Vehicle Recovery. Blue Link features can be accessed via buttons on the rearview mirror, the MyHyundai.com web portal, the MyHyundai with Blue Link smartphone app, the Amazon(R) Alexa Blue Link skill and the Blue Link Google Assistant app. Some features can also be controlled via Android Wear(TM) and Apple Watch(TM) smartwatch apps. The latest release of the Blue Link smartphone app includes:

- Widgets for easy access to remote features

- Ability to send Point-of-Interest data to vehicle navigation system (if so equipped)

- Access to Blue Link notification settings
