The mid-sized MKZ serves as Lincoln's entry-level model, which should help draw first-time (younger) buyers to the Lincoln brand. The MKZ offers clean exterior styling with modern lighting, a highly styled interior with a standard power leather seats, and upscale interior trim appointments. Although its siblings the Mercury Milan and Ford Fusion offer other choices, the only engine offered in the MKZ's the 263 bhp V6 shared with the Fusion Sport. A six-speed automatic transmission and 50-series Z-rated tires are notable standard features.

What Changed:

The MKZ wears updated styling on the inside and out. Exterior changes include a new front end with a more pronounced grille. The revised rear styling features larger LED taillights and a new trunk lid. Revisions to the interior include a new instrument cluster, new center stack, new door trim, updated leather and color choices. The output of the 3.5L V6 remains the same, but changes to the six-speed automatic reduce shift times and acceleration. A new sport package features 18-inch wheels and revised suspension settings.
