Kia has moved the compact Spectra upscale, and the styling reflects its new position. A sleek exterior and quality interior materials make the Spectra a good choice for value-conscious customers. A standard 2.0L I-4 cranks out 138-bhp and can be coupled to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic. The Spectra is well equipped with standard air conditioning, power windows/locks, and side-curtain airbags. Optional 16-inch alloy wheels are available.
