2007 Audi Q7 V12 TDI

The Q7 benefits from massive V-12 turbodiesel torque

Introduced mid-2006 as a 2007 model, the Q7 is the big news for Audi. The Q7 represents Audi's first real entry in to the SUV market after years of offering a variant of the A6 wagon as the allroad. Loosely based on the Touareg and Cayenne, the Q7 differs by offering three rows of seating for up to 7 passengers. The Q7 is sold with either V6 or V8 powertrains. The rest of the Audi story for 2007 is all about sheer power. The ultimate variant of the A4, the RS4 arrives boasting 420 hp and a price tag in excess of $60k. The S6 and S8 sedans return to the lineup in 2007. Both feature V10 engines producing in excess of 400 hp. Finally, the A4 Cabriolet receives the makeover that the sedan and Avant models received in 2005.
