Acura is looking to move upscale and connect with buyers looking for luxury, performance and technology. For 2007, the $20,000 entry-level RSX has been discontinued leaving the $28,000 TSX sedan as the entry-level model for the brand. The all-new RDX small crossover joins the lineup to do battle with the BMW X3. A 240 hp, turbocharged four-cylinder provides the power. The RDX should have no trouble bringing sales to the brand.

The iconic MDX is also all new for 2007. Wearing distinctive new styling, the MDX touts more power, size and technology than its predecessor. Acura has paid attention to the weight and handling of the new MDX and the new model should be a strong performer.

The TL Type-S returns for 2007. Featuring a larger displacement V6, distinctive wheels and Brembo front brakes, the TL Type-S is now the only TL available with a stick.
