Remember the Blackwood? Well forget it. The Lincoln Mark LT is a luxury oriented 4-door pickup based on the solid Ford F-150 SuperCrew. An upscale leather interior, a Lincoln grille, 18in chrome wheels and a huge band of chrome around the underside will prevent any confusion with the F-150. Available in 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive versions, the sole powertrain is the 5.4L Triton V8 rated at 300hp. Able to tow 8900 lbs, the fancy Mark LT easily bests its most logical competitor the Escalade EXT.
Lincoln adds an upscale version of the latest generation F-150 pickup. The Mark LT features a slightly more upscale interior and tons of chrome on the outside. Available in 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive versions, the sole powertrain is the 5.4L Triton V8 rated at 300hp.
"The Mark LT takes luxury to a place it has never really been before - the truck market. This is a Lincoln designed for two different types of customers. First, it's for people who need a truck, but want all of the trappings of a luxury vehicle. Second, it's for those who don't necessarily need a truck, but need to make a bold statement that can only be made by a few unique vehicles in today's market." -- Darryl Hazel, Lincoln Mercury president
