As the Infiniti's flagship, the Q45 is loaded with clever features such as a rearview monitor camera, Intelligent Cruise Control, satellite radio, and DVD Navigation system. The RWD Q45 is equipped with a 4.5L V-8 and active damping suspension, which should appeal to performance-oriented enthusiasts. An attractive interior features bird's-eye maple trim and optional climate-controlled front seats. Reclining heated rear seats are also available. A sport package adds 19 inch wheels and active rear steering assist. A good car, the Q just doesn't fit with the fresher new G and M models in Infiniti's lineup.
