Updated Models
- 1997 Nissan 240SX
- With the absence of the 300ZX this year, Nissan is pushing the 240SX as the sports car of the lineup. The 240SX receives updated front and rear fascia styling. An updated version of the LE model will be available mid-year.
- 1997 Nissan Altima
- For 1997 the Altima will come with standard leather interior on the GLE model. A 1997.5 limited edition package will be offered on the GXE model. Changes for the limited edition include updated wheels, a security system and special badging.
- 1997 Nissan Maxima
- The Maxima has received a minor styling update for 1997. The front and rear facias of the vehicle have been altered changing grille, lighting, bumpers and the trunk lid. Mechanically the Maxima is unchanged.
